Surface Preparation

1. The surface should be thoroughly cleaned.
2. Sufficiently flat to permit the specified flatness of finished tiling, bearing in mind the permissible thickness of the adhesives.
3. Suitable for tiling the service conditions to which it will be exposed.

Mixing

1. Mix 3 parts Cetfix HTA and 1 part of water by volume to stiff consistency.
2. Leave for 5 minute and remix.
3. Use within 30 minutes.

Application Process

1. Spread the adhesive to a required bed thickness and comb with notched trowel.
2. Then start placing the tiles on the surface within 15 to 20 min.
3. Press the tile firmly into position with a slight twisting action.
4. Clean off surplus adhesive from the tile face and between joints.
5. Joint filler Cetfix TG apply after 24 hours.

Coverage

1. 20 to 25 sqft. per 20 kg bag at 6 mm bedding thickness.
