Surface preparation

1. Remove dust, dirt, and foreign matter from the wall surface with help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and clean the surface with water.
2. In case of cracks or voids, it should be repaired by application of mix of 3-part Cetcrack & 1-part water /Cetcrete Latex.

Mixing

1. Mix Cetcoat HS and 15-16 liters of clean water by volume (38-40%) to stiff consistency manually or by using suitable mixer.
2. Leave the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes for polymerisation and re-mix.
3. Use within 60 minutes. Mix the product in such quantities that it can be used in specific time.

Application

1. The surface should be moderately rough and in just-wet condition (SSD condition).
2. Apply 1st coat of Cetcoat HS (1.5 mm thickness) using a blade/spatula on the wall with bottom to up direction.
3. Apply 2nd coat of Cetcoat HS Wall putty (1 mm thickness) after 4 to 6 hours in other direction.
4. Allow complete drying for 3 days.
5. Don’t use fine emery paper to remove application marks, take care during application to avoid mark.

Coverage

1. 12.5 to 15 sq.ft/kg for 1.5 mm coating thickness.
