Surface preparation

1. The surface should be free from loose particles and any other foreign materials.
2. Remove all foreign and loose materials from the wall surface with help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and clean the surface with water.

Mixing

1. Mix 25 kg Cetcoat UC & 6 to 6.5 liters of water to stiff consistency by using suitable mixer.
2. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes for polymerization and remix.
3. Use within 90 minutes. Mix the product in such quantities that it can be used in specific time.

Application

1. Apply 1st coat of Cetcoat UC (3 mm thickness) using a blade/spatula on the wall with bottom to up direction.
2. Apply 2nd coat of Cetcoat UC (1.5 to 3 mm thickness) after 6 to 8 hours in other direction.
3. For better silky finish for interiors wall use 2nd coat Cetcoat SF.
4. Allow complete drying for 3 days.
5. Don’t use fine emery paper to remove application marks, take care during application to avoid mark.

Coverage

1. 2.5 to 2.5 sq.ft/kg for 3mm coating thickness.
