Features

1. Strength of adhesion to the base is distinctly improved.
2. The compressive and flexural strength is increased compared with the reference mix.
3. Water absorption is reduced, thus providing waterproofing properties.
4. The water retention value of the mortar is improved thus involving less risk of drying out, shrinkage crack etc.

Area of application

1. Waterproofing/water retaining structures, terraces, roofs, basements, parapets, swimming pools, bathrooms and sunken portions of toilet blocks.
2. General concrete repairs, protection of concrete against corrosion and salt attack.

Surface preparation

1. Remove loose particles with wire brush.
2. Fill crack.
3. Dump the surface.

Mixing

1. Mix 1- part Cetcrete and 2 part of cement.
2. Mix for 2 to 4 minutes to obtain slurry.
3. Use within 30 mins.

Application Process

1. 1st coat apply using brush like a paint.
2. Keep stirring the mixed material to avoid setting.
3. Use within 6-8 hours.
4. 2nd coat after 6-8 hours in other direction.

Coverage

1. 18-20 sqft/kg for 2 coats.
